Return and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
– Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the transaction is completed. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order.
– If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
2. Return Conditions
– Returns are only accepted in cases where the mistake is on our part, such as wrong item, color, or defective product.
– Customers must record an unboxing video as proof for any return requests.
– Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging — to be eligible for return.
3. Return Process

– Include the unboxing video, product photos, and your order number
– Return the item to the address listed on our website
4. Return Shipping Fee
– If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
1. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
– ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินได้หลังจากทำรายการสั่งซื้อเรียบร้อยแล้ว กรุณาตรวจสอบข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
– หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อ กรุณาติดต่อทีมงานของเราทันที
2. เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
– รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะในกรณีที่ความผิดพลาดเกิดจากทางเรา เช่น ส่งสินค้าผิด สีผิด หรือสินค้ามีตำหนิ
– ลูกค้าต้องบันทึกวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่อง (Unboxing Video) เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการขอคืนสินค้า
– สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม — ไม่ผ่านการสวมใส่ ไม่ผ่านการซัก และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม — จึงจะสามารถคืนสินค้าได้
3. ขั้นตอนการคืนสินค้า
– ส่งอีเมลมาที่ rekascrubs@gmail.com
– แนบวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่อง รูปภาพสินค้า และหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ
– ส่งสินค้าคืนตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา
4. ค่าจัดส่งในการคืนสินค้า
– หากการคืนสินค้าเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของทางเรา เราจะรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งในการคืนสินค้าทั้งหมด
